Shawn E Brown

Shawn E Brown was born in Allen Park, Michigan, and moved to Port Orange, FL when he was 13. He attended Spruce Creek High School followed by Johnson & Wales University. He spent 13 years in the retail industry, working in management positions with companies such as RadioShack, Finish Line, and AT&T. After losing his beloved grandmother and seeing firsthand the consequences of poor financial planning, he decided he wanted to be sure that his family was properly equipped with what would be needed in the event of his own untimely passing. He started researching life insurance, wills, trusts, and family planning. He immediately found great benefits in said preparation, and soon developed a passion for the industry. He left the retail industry and started Shawn E Brown Insurance, hoping to translate his passion for helping others into a viable means of supporting his growing family, and the rest is history. Shawn is happily married, and the father of two small children. He loves to skydive, play hockey and softball, and is currently the Captain of the Daytona Beach Quarterback Club, a non-profit organization that has represented the Daytona Beach area for 75 years.
