Kimberly Penny

Kimberly was born at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL. After high school she managed a small dental office for five years, then started at the front desk of a large GI practice. She was there for just over ten years, having learned every position, and eventually became the practice manager. During that time, she had two children. After ten years she left to spend more time with the kids. Kimberly referred patients to Shawn and Joe when they needed help understanding their insurance, or if they were in a plan that did not suit their needs. When she saw that Shawn E Brown Insurance needed an Administrative Assistant she jumped at the opportunity. She loves being able to see patients (and now clients) get the coverage that they so desperately need.
